Seema has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector. She specializes in the overall commercial set-up, hands-on set-up of teams as well as in optimizing sales, marketing and revenue channels to maximize revenue driving opportunities. Having held key senior leadership positions, Seema was an integral part of the set-up, launch and successfully establishing the Emaar Hospitality portfolio including key flagship properties - The Address Hotels + Resorts, Armani Hotels & Resorts and Vida Hotels & Resorts.

Seema was also a key player in developing the commercial strategy behind the launch of Rove Hotels, the first-of-its-kind of budget hotels in Dubai, keeping in line with Dubai's vision to provide trendy affordable hotels to overseas visitors.

An expert in driving and optimizing hotel revenue streams, outpacing competitors and visibility in target markets and segments in the hospitality arena while utilizing the latest strategic planning, design methodologies as well as innovative strategies that enhance brand image across industry and key markets.

Nadia Ghandour – Director Business Development – Middle East, is an experienced hospitality sales expert with over 20+ years of global experience in shaping strategy, planning pre-opening strategies, defining sales requirements and delivering commercial results all across the Middle East & African Markets.

Nadia most recently was Global Sales Director based in Dubai for a reputable hotel company, where her key responsibilities were to drive revenue into hotels across the many brands in their portfolio, around the globe. This role, besides solidifying her relationships in the GCC market, also gave Nadia a good understanding of the nature of business being driven to various parts of the world. Her role required her to create strategies, responsibility towards implementing them while managing and developing a defined portfolio of accounts based in the Middle East and Africa from all segments.


Ana Lisa Benlot

Ana Lisa has extensive hospitality skills and experience in both operations as well as Sales & Marketing. Ana is very well-spoken and has an approachable personality which helps her integrate with the diverse client base of UAE & GCC. Her multicultural upbringing assists her in working as a team with both internal as well as external stakeholders in order to execute business directives successfully that achieve organizational goals.

Ana Lisa comes from a commercial background that ranges from the luxurious Armani Hotel Dubai to multiproperties of The Address Hotels + Resorts as well as the newly set-up 4-star brand, Vida Hotels & Resorts. She was also part of the leisure team that set-up Rove Hotels, the first “affordable” local hotel brand in Dubai. She was an integral part of the team that not only successfully promoted the hotels and achieved the targeted revenues, but also set-up these brands from scratch. Prior to this, Ana Lisa worked with the South African hospitality company, Southern Sun in an operational role.

She has also held sales positions in Kempinski Hotels as well as Wyndham Group of Hotels. Her main strength is the leisure segment and has exceptional relationships with travel agents and tour operators in UAE & GCC.

Having worked with key hotel brands in the UAE and with many pre-openings under her belt, Germinia is an expert at driving sales into new as well as estabilished hotels. She has great relationships with her clients, who continue to support her in her ventures.


Ana Maria Antill

Ana Maria - Director Business Development – has over 10 years of extensive hospitality skills and experience in all areas of commercial sales, marketing and revenue. Ana Maria has worked with small retreats and wellness resorts, area sales offices, local and international hotel brands. She has also held positions in the Rotana hotels, Anantara Hotels & Resorts, Kempinski brands and sub-brands. Ana Maria’s main area of expertise is the leisure segment with strong partnerships within the worldwide markets, specializing in the European, Asian, Russian and USA markets.

Over the past 4 years, Ana Maria has established and managed the sales & marketing department of 4 retreats, at a cluster level, and gained considerable experience in all areas of marketing from digital and social media marketing to PR and influencer marketing. She has also extensive experience in working with the Review Pro system for guest engagement, Databox, Iconosquare, Travel Click etc for guest management and social media. Ana Maria has also created and optimized Google accounts, Facebook and Instagram, Tik Tok and Snapchat for business and managed to have over 50k followers increase YOY on each new account by establishing the correct social media strategies.

Ana Maria has been involved in the revenue set up of the department and gained full insights of working in Synxis, Protel and Opera, including establishing revenue activities and setting up hotels on all the OTA platforms.
